File Upload button not responsive

Hello.
My current environment is the following

Joomla 3.9.14
EB 1.1.1

I am looking to allow users to upload a file during the event registration process. I've added the custom field. I am unable to upload a file. The "Select File" button is non responsive.

Any suggestions of what I'm doing wrong is greatly appreciated?

I believe it causes by some javascript conflict. Please submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account of the site
- Link to this page

We will check to see what's wrong and get it sorted
