Add some descriptive text at the top of front end registration history page

We would like to add a couple lines of description at the top of our front end Registration History page, beneath the page title and menu name. Is there a configuration screen to do this, and if not what file do we need to edit to add these lines ?

There is no config option like that available. You can edit the code in the file components/com_eventbooking/themes/default/history/default.php

Maybe on your site, some customization to that file was added before. So you might have to look at the override file at PATH_TO_TEMPLATE/html/com_eventbooking/history/default.php and do the modification from there
