Extension installation

Just got the Events Booking extension but I have some trouble to get it installed. The message is " Unable to find install package"
Could I have help from someone?

Maybe you forgot to unzip the received package before installing? Could you please follow the instructions at eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/getting-started/installation to install it?

If you still get error, submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can help installing it for you
