Hello

If I have a list of Option 1, Option 2, Option 3 and a user purchases the event with option 3. Is it possible to then have this option disabled automatically ?

So the option will only be allowed to purchase by one registrant? Try to handle it using custom field quantity (with quantity set to 1), see documentation eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/basic-s...ustom-field-quantity

Yes. It's the same for Checkbox, Select and Radio custom field type
