Add event END time in map marker tooltip?

How can I show both the event start time and end time with a visitor hovers over a location marker?

I can see there is code that could be revised in the mod helper file, but I am not confident about how to edit it.

Please see tooltip screenshot attached.

For the event listings, rather than:
"[Mayor] River Place Petition Signing - Sun 12-08-2019 3:30 pm"

I want:
"[Mayor] River Place Petition Signing - Sun 12-08-2019 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm"

I need the start time and the end time of the event showing in the tooltip.

Look like you customized the code of the module because by default, it does not show date and time of the event as show in the screenshot

In this case, further customization will be needed to show end time. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and link to the page which the module is being displayed so that we can help with the modification
