Thanks. Found the account now. The error message returned by Google is:

Google Maps JavaScript API error: ApiNotActivatedMapError
developers.google.com/maps/documentation...-activated-map-error


So please change setting of your API Key, enable both Maps Javascript API and Geocoding API. After that, check it again. The error should be gone

where can I change the API key settings?
in the eventbooking configuration? or when I request a key from google? I can't find it!
