I am using your system to take bookings for an exam entry system. We use a use group registrations to record the parent's details (name, email address etc) and the children's details (names, date of brth etc). Have used the system successfully for 3 years but this year with the latest version we are encountering a problem where sometimes we are getting the parent's details in the group record but no children's details in the child records. Although. the paypal transaction details are being stored successfully in the child's record.
The children's names and date of birth are mandatory fields and are recorded correctly on 95% of the records.
