Unable to check tick box on "By registering for this event and agreeing to the Privacy Policy, you agree to this website storing your information." This will not then allow completion of the transaction?

Yes. You need to click on the checkbox to process the registration

Are you saying that the checkbox is not clickable? If so, it might cause by some css conflict

Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and link to the page so that our support staff can check and solve it
