Custom reminder mail

Hi everyone!

I would like to add a link URL to the reminder mail so people can read the whole discription of the event again.
I was wondering if i can create a custom reminder mail for each event where i can chage the link myself Or is there another solution for this problem?

And how do i do that? I found there is a tab on the event itself to edit and make a custom reminder mail but the events still send the general mail. how do i change that?

If you setup the message under the event, that message will be used to send email, not the global message

How do you know that the global message is used? Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account and tell me ID of that event so that I can check it?

Please note that you need to setup a real message. If you setup a too short message (for example, less than 10 characters), that custom message will be ignored

I'm just testing the site and the events before the launch of the site. I just put some letters to see if the reminder mails work. I'll make a real email and try it again! If it doesnt work i'll make a ticket. Thank you for your help!

OK. I'm sure it will work. It just doesn't work because you put too short message for the event and the system ignores it
