Hi
Is it possible and "safe" to uppdate Event Booking from 3.9.1 to 3.10.3? Also if that is the case how is the best way to accomplish that update? That updating from Joomla backend doesn't work and the link for manual update doesn't work www.joomdonation.com/index.php?option=co...ckage&document_id=56 .

Best Regards
Niclas

Hello

Yes. It's safe to update and you can use Joomla updater to update to latest version of the extension from administrator area of the site. Make sure you are having:

- a valid subscription (we provide free upgrade for one year, so if your subscription expired you cannot update)
- You already configure Events Booking to use Joomla update. See eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/getting...on#use-joomla-update

Regards,

Tuan

Thank you so much for the information. The problem was that we didn't added our ID for update.
