404 error when going to event

I created a new event and I am getting a 404 error when I click the event from list of events available. I looked at the URL and it looks good. something strange is happening and I have no clue. I have created many events before and never encountered this. I am using the most recent version 3.10.3 with Joomla 3.9.12.

I think it might happens because you somehow, use same alias with existing event?

Go to Events Booking -> Configuration, look at SEF router settings tab, find the option insert Event ID, set it to Yes. After that, check it again to see if it solves the issue?

No, we don't change any settings during update, so it must cause by something else
