Multiple Event Registration was created by WK Wallace
So our customers where able to make multiple registrations to the same event before we upgrade Event Booking for this years event. Users are getting the message, "You are already registered for this event."

I have toggled the "Prevent duplicate registration" button multiple times and the same already registered message appears.

Am I missing something?

Maybe that setting is turned on in event setting? Could you please edit the event to check that?

Please note that the setting in event always has higher priority than the setting in Configuration

Event setting for Prevent is Use Global and Global is set to No.

Wait, I think I figured it out. The cutoff date was last Friday so maybe a combination of the Prevent and the date was causing it. Asking members to try a 2nd registration now.

In this case, you can submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account of the site
- Send us the link to that page
- Send us the user account which can be used to login, access to that page to see the wrong message

We will check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
