Total not displayed during registration

Hi,

I've setup my test site and everything is working perfectly. The only thing I can't figure out is this… during the registration process, at the very bottom it displays PAYMENT INFORMATION including the labels AMOUNT, PAYMENT PROCESSING FEE, and GROSS AMOUNT with empty fields. The fields can't be filled in by the user and I wouldn't expect them to be able to do that.

If I push forward and use PayPal as the payment method, the payment amount in the cart is correct.

So my question is this… Why is the Event process not displaying the amounts during registration?

Hi John

I believe it causes by some css conflict with your site template. Please submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account of the site
- Link to the page which we can add events to cart and see this issue

We will check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
