Registration form not coming up

When clicking on the registration button, an error msg appears that the page is temporarily not available or has been permanently moved.
How can I fix that?

There must be something special on your site causing this error. Please submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account
- Link to the page

We are going to check to see what's wrong and get it sorted
