i have just installed Events booking module on the website i manage for a caravan club.
we sometimes have members needing to cancel attendance at our rallies (events). there is a simple process to cancel the registration but as managers of the site we would like to be able to capture the reason for the cancellation i.e. health, car problems but currently there does not seem to be a way to do this.
Is this possible?
We would if possible want to be able to use a drop down list so members could choose from a short list.
