Thank you message after registration not showing was created by Michael Corleone
Not sure if thank you message was showing or not in past, but currently we don't get thank you message after registration. Is this setting that should be set, or is somethign wrong. We have thank you messages set. We also get emails with confirmation and event details, as set.
Only thing missing is display of thank you message.

Hi Michael
It should be displayed unless there is something special causing the error. What payment method you are using? Could you please submit a support ticket sending us:
- Super admin account
- Link to the page which we can register for the event and see the error
We are going to check to see why it's not being displayed and get it sorted

Thank you to bring forward payment method. We use offline payment only. In plugin status of registration was set to pending and that was reason that there was no thank you message. Once I set status to paid, we get thank you message.

That mean some messages are missing in your installation for some reasons. For offline payment method, the status should be Pending, not Paid (because at the time users register for the event, they haven't made payment yet).
Maybe you should check and make sure the message items mentioned in this documentation exists eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/basic-s...gins#offline-payment and the message should be displayed (Thank you message (offline payment))
