Joomla User Profile created by Event Booking are disabled and deactivated was created by Raffaele
Hello Support, I have a problem with the account synchronitation feature.
As stated in the documentation, when users register for an event in Events Booking, if he doesn't have an existing account (Joomla account in my case), Events Booking will create a Joomla account for him and update the profile (Joomla User Profile) with the data which registrant entered on registration form of the event.
This is worlking fine but the new Joomla account just created is disabled and deactivated.
As my New User Account Activation (in joomla) is set to Self I was expecting that User will receive an email with an activation link. This does not happen so when customer later try to login he gets an error message saying that the user is blocked.
Can you please help
Thanks very much for your support
Raffaele

Hi Raffaele
I would say that users should receive a confirmation email to activate his account in this case
Could you please submit a support ticket sending us:
1. Super admin account of the site
2. Link to the page which we can register for event and see this error
We are going to check to see what's wrong and get it sorted (I'm thinking that mail settings on your site is not valid for some reasons)
