GMail reports "Unknown Organizer" due to missing in ICS (add to calendar) file was created by Duke S.
Generate ICS file is turned on for registrant emails, but the Organizer field is blank causing the emails to display in GMail with the message "Unknown Organizer". Where is the event organizer information pulled from so I can fill it in?

I have downloaded - below.
It seems there are six places where email settings and messages are managed (I know there are fewer) but I haven't seen these two fields.
Where are they? (We are getting Admin and User emails.)

Hello
Please go to Events Booking -> Configuration, look at Mail Settings section, check and make sure you enter From Name and From Email settings
Then try to download the ICS file again

Those fields have been filled from the beginning of the setup, checked several limes, and emails are working, so not sure what's broken. Unless you have another suggestion, I did find a helper file ics.php that looks like I can hand code a default value to get this event launched.

We should check to see what's wrong and correct it instead of headcoding the value (which will be lost when you update the extension)
So please submit a support ticket sending us:
1. Super admin account of the site
2. Link to the page which I can download this ics file
We are going to check to see what's wrong and get it sorted
Regards,
Tuan

I appreciate the offer, but had already hacked ics.php when you posted this. Got the result I needed. Can look for the cause in another instance.

OK Duke. The problem with hacked ics.php file is that each time you update Events Booking, you will have to re-do the hack
So better, we should figure out the root reason of the error and get it sorted

Tuan
