Event open before Registration Start Date

I remember there is a bug somehow causes registration button display one minute before actual time

For now, if it's really needed, change registration start date to add one more minute to it. I will check to see why it happens (one minute difference) and get it sorted in future releases

But there are two problems
First, the registration start date 's minute setting is dropdown, and there are 00/05/10/... five minutes range to choose, how could I set to add one more minute?

Second, if I set five more minute , for example: 9:05 am, and the problem is still there , if somebody find 9:04 the button shows, he can register the event, it is unfair to others.

I just updated code to fix this issue. Please access to My Downloads menu item, download latest package, upgrade it to your site and the issue will be fixed

the latest version is 3.10.3 , but late updated is juy 11 2019?

Just download the latest package to update. The change is already included in that latest package (although version number still the same)
