I've looked through the documentation but can't find answers to these questions...
- To make it easy for additional delegates to be added to a booking I'm thinking of allowing only group registration but with a minimum number of 1. I can set the minimum to one on each event but can't find a way to make this the default in the way that I can set Group registration only to be the default for an event. Is this possible?
- I can see an option to send confirmation emails either to the billing contact or to all group members. Does this option also control who reminder emails are sent to? Ideally I would like booking confirmation / payment emails to the billing contact but for a post-event feedback questionnaire to be sent to the group members.

Hi Roger
1. At the moment, we don't have a way to have it default by 1. If you need it, you can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site. We will help making that modification
2. For reminder emails, you can control it in Events Booking - Reminder plugin. You can choose to send to group billing, group members or both...

Thanks Tuan.
I don't want to make any customisations if I can help it so I'll just manually set to 1 on each event, but if you get a chance to add that feature in future I'd certainly use it.
Thanks for the pointer to the Reminder plugin. One quick question though... the option in the plugin to only send reminders to checked in members - does that only apply to reminders set to be sent after the course start date? So pre-event reminders to all members and post-event reminder asking for feedback only to those who attended?
regards,
Roger

Hi Roger
If you enable option to only send reminder to checked in registrants, it will affect both first and second reminders, unfortunately

Hi Tuan
I'm testing the Ticket Type plugin. Having trouble with "Group registration" together with different ticket types.
I'm trying to make a logged in user register two persons with different ticket types, AND register name and mailadress for the second person.
I've looked at joomdonation demo site (eg joomdonationdemo.com/eventbooking/events...ent-1-default-layout )
I see it can be done. What I'm I doing wrong?
Regards,
Henrik
FORGET IT. SORRY.
I see how it works, but somehow it didn't work in my QA-environment.

If you use Ticket Types and want to collect members information for each purchased ticket, set Collect Members Information in the Ticket Types tab of that event to Yes.
If something does not work, please explain more details about the issue so that I can understand and answer your questions
