Mailing List Subscribe Not Working

I have 2 methods of joining the mailing list on my site.

I tested them yesterday and one does not work, the other works, but seemingly with a glitch.

One is during the registration process, via a checkbox option at the bottom of the registration form. This does NOT currently work.

Second is a sign up box on the Event pages. This works, however all three tests I did with different emails resulted in blank timestamps:



What's really weird is when I checked I saw that I have had 8 people join the list today that WERE properly timestamped:



So I need to know:

• How can the problem on the registration page be fixed?

• Why did the people who joined today get properly timestamped while my tests did not?

1. Could you please send me the link to the page which subscribe to mailing lists don't work so that I can check? I'm unsure if that feature is something from my Events Booking extension or from a different extension which you are using on your site

2. I don't know why timestamp does not work for your test. Could you test it again? If it still does not work, please let me know step by step what I need to do to see that error so that I can check it?

Hi Tuan-

When someone registers for an event, there is a check mark at the bottom of the page. If left checked, they should be subscribed.

If unchecked, they will not be:

That should work well unless there is something wrong with the setting. Please submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account of the site
- Link to the page

We are going to check to see what's wrong and get it corrected for you
