Hide unpublished events from frontend "manage registrants"? was created by Finn Christensen
Our examiners can go to a list of registrants to view the registrants and set them as "checked in" if the student passes the course (this is what we use checkin for, and it works for us)
We have set it up so only event owner (examiner) and super users can access this list of registrants of his own events - that seems to work too.
When an event has been completed and the event owner (examiner) has marked the registrants as checked in/out then a superuser exports the registrants and issued a diploma, then a super user sets the event as UNPUBLISHED (completed and finished, but with all information and registrants still saved)
But here goes: The event owners can still see registrants on all events that has been unpublished in backend by the superusers.
Can it be set up so only superusers can see unpublished events/registrants after an event has been unpublished through backend by a super user?
This because there is no need for us that the event owner (our examiner) can see all information about completed events and the registrants information...
Just "hide past events" would probably not work for us, because our events owners must have access to mark the registrants as checked in AFTER event end date/time (when he gets home from the event), so we need to be able to unpublish the events, and then have them hidden from the event owner and only visible to super users in frontend when events are unpublished through backend …….
Is this possible?
Thanks

Hi Finn
This is not supported by default. If you want to hide unpublished event's registrants on that frontend registrants management, code modification will be needed and it will cost you 30$ for doing the modification
So if you really need it, submit a support ticket and we can discuss more details about it from there
Regards,
Tuan
