One course that doesn't email admin on registration

This might be a really stupid question but I have been poking around in my Events Booking setup and I can't figure it out: I have one "course" - which isn't actually a course, but rather a product that I sell - which doesn't email me when someone fills out the registration form. I get the notification of payment from paypal, but not the registration information. Every other course emails me the registration information as well as the payment notification.

Can you direct me to where I may have turned this off, or where I need to add this course to get it to email me?

Hi Melissa

The main question here is after you complete payment for the registration, did you see the registration record in Events Booking -> Registrants?

If Yes, what's the status of the registration record? If it's Paid, then email should be sent

Yes, when I go to the admin area, the registrant is listed and status is listed as Paid, but I'm not getting an email saying there was a new registration. I think the registrant gets an email but I haven't confirmed that with any.

Hello

If so, maybe there is a problem with your email. Please go to Events Booking -> Configuration, look at Log Email Types config option, choose to log New Registration Email

Then try to test it again. Once registration completed, you can access to Events Booking, then Tools -> Email Logs to see the email sent from the system

Base on email logs, you should know what email has received email from the system

It's not a problem with my email: all other courses email me with the registration information. Just this one doesn't. So is there a place I'm missing where I may have accidentally turned off notification emails to admin just on this one event?

Hello Melissa

Maybe it's because you setup a different notification emails for that event? Try to edit the event, look at Advanced Settings tab, find the Notification Emails setting. If you entered some emails from there, try to empty it (so that the Notification Emails in Configuration will be used)

After that, check it again to see whether it works?

All the email notifications were/are blank for this event. I tested with myself & the user gets an email: I still do not.

I also tried adding my address to the notification email box and still nothing.

Hi Melissa

If so, I have no clue. In this case, please submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account
- Link to registration form of that event
- Tell me the email you want to receive notification

I will try to check to see what's wrong and get it sorted

Getting you super user is very difficult because I have restrictions on ISP orgins, but it doesn't seem to matter now as for some reason it's now sending me the registration emails.
