User to be able to copy an event and edit

I wonder if there is a way that a user could copy an event that he/she has registered and then edit that event, so that they don't need to enter all the details again.

You mean copy a submitted event? If so, we don't support it at the moment (in the frontend)

You can only copy an event from backend at the moment. Just edit that event, press Save as Copy button in the toolbar to make a copy of that event
