Late fee applied only to the total price of several tickets

Hello,
I have an event with two types of tickets. I also set a late fee for the registration. Unfortunately, the late fee is applied to the total price of all tickets bought. But I want the late fee applied to each ticket price. What I mean that if I have a $20 ticket, late fee for for the ticket $10, and user buys 3 tickets, the late fee should be applied to each ticket price and total late fee should be in this case $30.
Is it possible to achieve?
