Events list import problem was created by Torsten Kaletta
Hi,
i have a problem with imported data. I have exported a demo set and fill out tihs exported Excel list with my new data. Then I import this Excel spreadsheet and see nothing in the backend. In the database table *** _ eb_events` I can see all the import records. Where's the problem? My exported format was xlsx, xls, and csv, with all the same result.
Technical infos: this page is only on my PC with xampp as server. Joomla is actual, Event Booking is version 3.10.2, XAMPP is with PHP Version 7.2.3.
I will be happy for a helpful input.
Best regards
Torsten

Hi Torsten
Honestly, I am unsure about this issue. For this, please setup your site to a public accessible server which we can access so that we can check and correct it

Tuan

BTW, when you want to import new events, it should not contain id column in the file which you are using to import

Hello Tuan,
many thanks for your fast answer. I try your suggestion and import the Excel table without id-column. Ok, that wasn't the solutuion.
I have now the site on a public server installed. Please send me a mail adress for sending the login data.
best regards
Torsten
