1. name of the plan
2. start/end date
3. price
4. recurring y/n
5. button to renew for non recurring plan
6. button to cancel recurring subscription

Hello

Unfortunately, we don't support this feature at the moment. We only have a CB plugin to display subscription history only

For these items, you will need to use it directly in Membership Pro (User Profile menu option)
