Events Booking won't update to 3.10.1

My Joomla installation won't update to 3.10.1 so I downloaded the file and tried to install it but got two error messages they are here:

What should I do?

Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can check to see why update does not work and get it sorted for you. Usually, there are few reasons could cause this issue

1. You haven't configured Download ID for the site yet. See eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/getting...on#use-joomla-update

2. Or the Download ID is used for a different site already. In this case, just access to Download IDs menu item on our website, generate a new Download ID and use it

3. Or the plugin Installer - Events Booking is not enabled. In this case, go to Extensions -> Plugins, enable the plugin
