Generic Individual Ticket PDFs to Billing Email was created by Brian F
Hi Tuan, we're setting up Ticket Types for an event; with the settings "Send tickets via email = Yes" and "Collect Members Information = No"; and with a QR Code in the ticket template.
For this event, attendees will purchase multiple tickets to hand out at a later time to people that they do not know beforehand and therefore not being able to enter the member's information, such as their name.
Currently when someone registers with "Collect Members Information = No", chooses multiple ticket types (for example, 3 from one ticket type and 2 from another), the billing email receives one PDF ticket with one QR Code that contains all of those 5 tickets/registrants; checking in using that one QR Code will check in all 5 registrants at once.
Is it possible when having "Collect Members Information" set to “No” to have an additional “Create Individual Tickets” option, and when that is selected the billing email receives individual ticket PDFs (5 using my example above); and in the Registrants lists it auto-creates generic incremented registrant rows; Attendee 1, Attendee 2, etc.? The ticket template we're setting up will be a generic template, no name or such, just the event info.

No, it's not possible at the moment. But this is something we will try to support for in the next release. Give us sometime to work on it

Sorry Brian. I still haven't had this feature implemented yet. Honestly, with my current workload, this feature will only be available in 2 months from today

Hello Brian
I tried to implement it but it was failed. The extension still requires to collect members information to generate individual ticket for each member. Due to the way the system handles checking in registrant, it's quite hard to handle it without collecting members information
