group registeration's Contact person

my old site's version of event booking is 1.5.3

when group register, there is a contact person
for example, i am A, and I help B and C sign up activities，I am just contact person, I don't join the activities

But now, there is only register's data to fill in (B&C), no contact person(A).
Do i miss setting? or how should i set for contact person?

Honestly, I could not remember the behavior of a very outdated version (1.5.3 was released few years ago and i don't remember it's behavior now, sorry)

In the latest version, there is a config option called Send confirmation email to all group members. Set it to Yes and group members (B and C in this case) will receive confirmation email

I don't know if that old version has that setting. Maybe you should update your site to latest version of Events Booking instead of using that old version

Hello

1. The contact person will always receive email

2. If you want the members of group to receive email, too, set Send confirmation email to all group members. config option to Yes
