Event custom fields was created by Ville
How can I get Event Custom Fields and Custom CSS to show up under Configuration (see image)?
I have version 3.10.1 and Joomla 3.9.6.

If you are using latest version, then it will be available. Maybe you don't see it because you are not using latest version?

Also, you need to go to Extensions -> Plugins, find and enable the plugin Editor - CodeMirror
