What happened to Auto reminder & registration approval config settings? was created by Deborah Petersen
I cannot find the configuration settings to set payment auto reminder to No and also registration approval to No.
I see a discussion about Auto Reminder in the user manual here: eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/basic-s...events/add-new-event but I cannot find that setting. Also there must be a setting regarding sending out an email to users for registration approval but I cannot find that either. Also it appears that this email only went out after the admin changed a registration from pending to paid so maybe it is a bug.

Found the auto reminder for offline payment-> it's a plugin. Now I still need to figure out how to get rid of the registration approved email.

As replied via support ticket, to turn off certain email, you just need to go to Events Booking -> Emails & Messages, find the subject of that email and empty it
That's true for all emails sent from the system

In my event, the fields for email reminders (first and second) are both blank, but emailed are being sent to registered users.
How can I turn off this feature?

It is my understanding that you also have to delete the info in the Subject line. If there is text there then the email gets sent. The body of the email can be blank and it still happens. At least that is how I think it works.

Hello
You need to empty subject of the emails in Events Booking -> Emails & Messages section
If you enter it inside the event, you need to empty it there as well
Regards,
Tuan
