Create new event better handling fields

Hi,

When I create a new page where people can create events by themselves - the registration form is really horrible and not responsive. Can this page and fields be added to some kind of Form Module available to joomla? Or is there another way to make it look better using for example SP Page Builder module?

1. Super admin account of the site
2. Link to the page
3. Tell us exactly what's wrong with the page
