Scaning to check-in QR code tickets not working

How do I setup scanning QR codes. currently I scan with my cell, it takes me to the page but does not check in the participant.

Did you follow instructions at eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/advance...ng-qrcode-reader-app ?

If you have issue with it, please submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account of your site
- Send us the QRCODE which you are using to check it

We will check to see what's wrong with it and guide you to correct it
