Installation Issues

I keep getting errors when installing the zip. This is what I get but not sure where to go from here. Any help is appreciated.

Look like the error happens because you have data already in database before performing installation. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site, we are going to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
