Unknown Organizer* in email confirming registration

Where is this information set? I can't fink it anywhere. This is under the Who in the email to registrants.

The From Name and From Email can be set from two places:

- One is in Events Booking -> Configuration (look at Mail Settings section, there is From Name and From Email setting)

- In event add/edit screen, Advanced Settings tab

For your case, I think you should try to edit the event, look at Advanced Settings tab. Check to see whether you entered From Name and From Email from there, if Yes, please remove it and the issue should be sorted
