Registrants List Showing people from past event

I am using the Registrants List for the first time today. I played with adding registrants to an event in April and they all show up nicely on the Registrants List. But just for fun I changed the date on the event so that it is in the past. The event no longer shows in the Select Event drop down list but all the registrants still show up on the list. If the event is past, is it still supposed to show those people? Is that the way it works? That list will get very, very long. I know I can sort by event but I would like a way to hide registrations from past events. Does that make sense?

We don't have an option for that and I don't if it's needed. Basically, if an event is a past event like that, the registration for that events will also be past registrants

When the registrants list is displayed, it's ordered by ID of the registration, so the past registrations will be displayed, but on later pages (For example, page 5, page 6, not page 1). So it won't affect anything

You only see this problem because you changed the date of the event manually, just some kind of testing which does not happen in real life usage
