HI Tuan
I am hoping you can advise if my idea below can be worked out. It relates to how coupons are 'used' in group booking activities.
The background is that my client is a training center which has a membership of upto 100 customers who each pay a fee to the traning centre which gives the customers certain benefits.
One benefit is that certain courses run by the training centre will be free of charge to the customer's staff to attend. Let's consider just one customer for this example.
My client wishes to allocate a single coupon to this customer. The customer is given the coupon code in an email at the beginning of the business relationship and the coupon has a maximum usage of (let's say) 25 times. This would equate to 'you may send up to 25 members of staff to any of our courses over the coming period of time'.
Each time the customer books an attendee (registrant) onto an event, the person making the booking will use the coupon code. This will apply 100% discount to the event fee.
If the customer books 5 people onto a course using the Group Booking option, the coupon is entered again, BUT we need the number of coupons 'used' to refect the number of people registered for the event. So if the customer books 5 to attend, then the Times Used value needs to increase by 5.
At the moment, no matter how I set 'Enable Coupon on', the number of coupons used in a group booking is always 1.
What we don't want is the customer to send 25 staff on different 25 courses, using the group booking page and so benefit from a 25*25 rather than 1*25 in discounts! Currently the 25*25 idea seems to be possible !! ERK!!
So, I guess the need is to set or hav ean option where, when using Group Bookings, the same coupon will be applied to the group booking activity, but the number of coupons used will be the number of registrants in the group.
We are prepared to consider paying for a customisation if this is necessary and if the cost of doing so it fair, Tuan, so please do consider this as a real requirement. Please provide a quote for the customisation if necessary?
Thanks
Chris

Hi Chris
At the moment, Events Booking could not handle this kind of calculation, so Yes, customization will be needed. It will cost you 40$ for this customization. Please think about it and let us know if you want to go with this customization
It can be implemented using override so that it won't be lost when you update to future releases of the extension
