Hi, we noticed sometimes our group registrant detail is empty on the members when the registrant is come in.
Most of the field on our member forms is required field, so it is not supposed can fill billing detail if the member detail is not complete.
is there thing that might causing this issue? Will it affect if user delayed too long on filling billing detail and the session on member expired?

The only reasons I can think of is session timeout as you guessed. So go to System -> Global Configuration, look at System tab, increase the value of Session Lifetime parameter to a higher value and it should work as expected

Dear Tuan,
I'm using this open topic since I have the same issue.
In the registrant backend page, some information of group bookings are hidden.
In the following image, the required field "buyer type" is blank.
And the required field "buyer type" is blank in the registrant details too
The required field "buyer type" finally appears ONLY if you click on the group name and open group details
Unfortunately this happens to XLS exports too. Every group registrant records appears almost empty.
Could you please advise for a solution?

Hello Lorenzo
Maybe you should try to register yourself, then check your own registration record to see whether it works. If there is a problem, submit a support ticket sending us:
1. Super admin account of the site
2. Link to registration page
3. Tell us ID of the record which is having this issue
We are going to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted

Dear Tuan,
actually, the screenshots were about a test of mine, with all the fields filled with data.
I created a support ticket with all the superuser details to better check the issue and hopefully improve the group bookings management in the backend.
