Need Help Adding Custom Fields in Export Report

Hello,

When I export Event Registrants List, I have Custom Fields which are blank or missing. The headers appear, but the information is missing.

Can you tell me how to correct this issue?

I've attached a screenshot of a current export for example.

I guess it happens because these fields are not configured properly to collect registrants information. Please don't put your super admin account information on this public forum. Change the password immediately, then submit a support ticket sending us super admin account so that we can guide you to check it
