Users Not Receiving Registration Confirmation After Successful Payment was created by Mike
Hello,
I need help resolving an issue. Users are not receiving Registration Confirmation emails after successful payment using PayPal.
They are not receiving the Event Tickets either, but I will address in a separate ticket.
As the admin, I am receiving the email Confirmation, but the Users need to receive them as well.
I confirmed that I filled out the Registration Email Messages tab correctly, using the proper common tags, but they are not receiving it. Directly above the User Email section is the Admin section, which does receive the email confirmation.
Can you please help me correct this issue?

There could be some reasons causing this issue, please follow instructions at eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/trouble...after-making-payment and try to fix the issue. If it still does not work, submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can check it
