Something similar has been asked about in the Features Wishlist but wondered if anything had come about or if there were any suggestions for a fix?
I've created a joomla user and group on my client's site that can only view Events Booking in the backend Admin panel. The user group is restricted that all new, edit, delete publish etc. buttons are not available, so this user can only view event and registrant information for purposes of preparing events appropriately for the attendees.
Though still on display is the dashboard and more specifically the event statistics which includes financial information which is somewhat sensitive and we would prefer they could not see. Is there any way to limit or restrict this statistics information being shown to this user group?
Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
