Enter new registrant from backend

Hi,

When adding a new registrant from the backend, the system does not calculate any registration fee automatically. is this normal ? I need to manually enter an amount.

You just need to leave the fee inputs empty and the system will calculate it on saving

That's what I thought, however when I leave all amounts blank, the calculated amount is 0 and no transaction ID is generated. I used ticket types in my test. Is it also supposed to work with custom fields which adds amounts to the bill ?

Yes. It should work with custom fee fields and ticket types, too

Could you please submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account

2. Send me a screenshot of the page which you add new registration (I want to see exactly data you entered for the registration and try to re-procedure the issue)

I will check to see what's wrong and get it sorted
