Collect members information - Ticket Types

Hello,

I tried to use the Collect Members Information with the latest release of Events Booking. When a membre registered to an event using this option, the confirmation mail did not mention any amount to pay, did not generate a transaction ID and only very few information was present in the confirmation mail. Is this some kind of bug ?

Hi Peter

Maybe it's because you are using shopping cart and ticket type does not work with it? Go to Events Booking -> Configuration, find the config option Activate Shopping Cart, set it to No, then try again. It should work fine

Hello Peter

In this case, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site, the link to the page which we can perform registration and see this issue

We are going to check to see what's wrong and get it sorted
