url translation - category name to show in url

Hi!

It is possible to translate the "individual-registration" and the "registration-complete" urls?

So I enabled the view module on the frontpage, it shows the events with "Register (Individual)" buttons. The events are in the "special" category. I have a menuitem "category - default layout" with name of "allevents".

The url of the events button: "website.com/allevents/id-event_name/individual-registration"
why not this: "website.com/allevents/special/id-event_name/individual-registration"?

This depends on configuration? I cant see any setting in this regard. SEO urls and htaccess is active.

It should be website.com/allevents/special/id-event_name/individual-registration as you said.

Maybe there is something special on your setup causing this error. Please send us super admin account of your site, link to the page which the module is being displayed

My setup is on localhost, but on your demo site I can show you. A created a Capture where the link and the Details button have the same url:
" joomdonationdemo.com/eventbooking/ business/los-angeles-times-multicultural-business-forums"

and the individual-registration button has this url:
" joomdonationdemo.com/eventbooking/los-an...ividual-registration "

You can see here what I want to show you, the individual registration why not have the same url + /individual-registration?


And I asked how to translate the "individual-registration" and the "registration-complete" urls?

1. I don't remember the reason why registration URL does not contain category. Maybe it's because I am worry that the URL might be too long (when it contains category-subcategory-sub/sub-category....

For now, we will have to leave it as how it's as making the change will come major backward compatible issues

2. For the text individual-registration, registration-complete... in URL, it's hardcoded and could not be changed (at least for the moment)
