Paypal Plugin not working correctly

We have been using the Events Booking component for years without any problems. Just recently we have noticed quite a few registrations where people are taken to paypal, pay the Event fee, but are not registered on our site.

It is happening around 20% of the time.

Any ideas of what is going on?

I have the same issue here, just started happening 2 days ago.

It's actually controlled by PayPal. Sometime, PayPal has problem with their system and could not notify Events Booking, that's why the system does not work as expected.

If you want to be sure, go to Events Booking -> Payment Plugins, click on os_paypal payment plugin to edit, set Log IPN Messages parameter to Yes.

Then monitor your system. When the issue happens again, submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site, tell me the information of the registrant who paid but not work as expected (you can tell me name or PayPal Transaction ID of the payment)

I will check the log and confirm the reason of the error
