Urgent: Cancel Registration Button not shown was created by Ralf
Hi,
on some Events the cancel registration button is not shown.
But i set "Enable Cancel Registration" to "Yes - green"
And the cancel before date is set to e.g. 2029-01-12
As this comes up on a live-site - running Joomla 3.9.1
Sitenote: I also not possible to update Eventsbooking from: 3.8.1. to 3.8.4 by joomla update system.
also if i click on the provided link ( www.joomdonation.com/index.php?option=co...ckage&document_id=56 ) is running into a 403 error!

1. Please submit a support ticket sending us:
- Super admin account
- A registrant account which can be used to cancel
- Link to the event which he should be allowed to cancel
We will check to see why it does not work and guide you to correct it. I believe it's just something wrong with your setup
2. About update, make sure you generate and entered Download ID. You can generate a new Download ID if needed as in some case, the existing Download ID might not work because it is used on a different website already(could be a dev site). See eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/getting...on#use-joomla-update for more information

Ok - submitted the ticket.
I also tried to generated a new download ID - it is generated and i have inserted it. But inside my account i still not see the new domain - its just the same but with .de instead of .com ... How does the domain name comes into it? I don't have the possibility to insert it...

The domain is inserted by our system when the site uses that Download ID requests for update. So you don't have to insert the domain manually
