Free event or paid couse produces blank checkout

I have setup two tests to see if sandbox works with the payment system and if the course would be set as active in Moodle and Joomdle.

When I select the course to register events booking adds the course to cart.



When I select checkout, it give a blank page. mysite.com/index.php/cart

It just does not go any further.

Joomla 3.9.2 / Joomdle latest version/ Events booking latest version / Payfast module / Moodle 3.5+

I do not know if their could be conflict between Events shop and Virtuemart?

Is the current payfast plugin still relevant in light of payfast publiction on their website:

There are two methods available for integrating with PayFast, ITN, which is our preferred integration method and PDT, a method that we are deprecating, and will no longer support after 2018-12-31. The main difference, besides better security in ITN, is that with ITN our server contacts your website and notifies you of the payment, whereas with PDT you are required to contact and confirm with us.

Maybe there are something special on your site causing this error. Please submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account of your site

2. Link to the page which your events are being displayed

I am going to check to see what's wrong and get it sorted

Thanks for your feedback.

When checkout, it remains stuck on the following:

/index.php/2019-events/checkout - this produces a blank page with payment method Offline or Payfast sandbox (Test)

It does the same with the virtuemart cart, it remains stuck on the checkout page - Producing a blank page.

I have send a support ticket with the information requested. Been stcuk now for a couple of days and I have to launch Monday 28 to be ready for the year.

Maybe I found the problem, you can tell.

Looks like I bought the payfast payment for Eshop Payfast instead of the EB Payfast module.

What do we do now, must I buy the other EB Payfast as well?

I got the following error on debug events booking:

Fatal error: Class 'EShopOmnipayPayment' not found in /home/XXXXXX/public_html/components/com_eventbooking/payments/os_payfast.php on line 13

As replied via support ticket, I updated your order to correct payment plugin. Please access to My Downloads menu item, download the payment plugin, install it then check it again

Thanks you so much Tuan. I thought it was the same plugin, and battled for days to find the solution, in the meantime solution was, add the correct plugin for EB not Eshop.
