Multiple tickets and multiple days not working

Multiple tickets and multiple days not working was created by Chris Hardy
Good Afternoon
I am currently testing a new site for a charity I help with, and have installed events booking in order to be able to sell tickets for some of our events.
I installed the software on a copy of the current site, and it does what I expect.. Saying 'Choose Date & Location' (TestSite.png)
On the 'new' site, I don't get the Choose option - just the registration option. (NewSite.png)
Have you any clues as to where to look to allow the new site to have the Choose Date & Location option please?

Hello Chris
Go to Events Booking -> Configuration, set Show children events date under parent events to Yes and it should work as expected

Thanks you for your response.
That option is already set to yes. I turned it off and back on again to see if it would set it, but no.. still not working.

In this case, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site and link to the page so that we can check it
