EB Checkin app spec requirements

We use the plug-in extensively in our business and love it.

We also need to check attendees is and since recommended iPhone app broken recently and no update was forthcoming from the developer, we took your suggestion and bought the Android app and installed it on an old phone that was in the office.

We need more than one device to check in our attendees, so I went out this morning and bought another cheap Android device.

When I try to install the EB Checkin app, the Google Play store informs me that 'Your device is not compatible with this version.'

The phone is cheap but brand new and running Android 7.0 which is clearly higher than the 4.0.3 and up that the app specifies.

We're only going to use the phone for the one app - all it needs to do is scan the QR code.

Can you let us know what specs are actually required to run the app because this cheap phone doesn't seem to meet them.

Could you please email the developer of the APP (his email is listed at play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.joomdonation.ebscan ) so that he can answer you directly?

This APP, actually, not belong to us. It's developer which we know and I will ask him to check and reply your email. Put a comment here once you emailed him so that I can let him know and ask him to reply you
